Lost Passport: In case of loss of passport, it should be reported to the police. A police report is required to lodge a new application for passport. A full validity passport will be issued to bonafide applicants.
- Fill online application form with appropriate details correctly.
- Two recent photographs.
- Copy of original Indian passport.
- Current VISA status.
- Based on the type of your application and situation you may need to submit additional documents.
- E.g. Original or Copy of Passport etc.
