Personal Particulars Changed-

-In case of change of personal particulars/wrong filing of personal particulars while submitting online application. They have to enclose the documentary evidence for the change of the personal particulars. In case of change of personal particulars viz. name, father’s name, nationality etc, a OCI Card will be issued.

-In case of change of personal particulars (due to change by the applicant or wrong filling of particulars by the applicant or Indian Mission/Office), copy of the document (s) relevant for effecting the requisite changes viz. Nationality Certificate in case of change of nationality etc. to be enclosed.

4-6 weeks

- Two recent photographs.
- Copy of Indian Passport
- Copy of Applicant's overseas passport
- Copy of Citizenship Certificate
